Bern \| 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Process telephone and written inquiries (first-level support) from members of the army, command posts, commanders, and citizens regarding topics ranging from orientation day to recruitment to discharge from military service obligations of a member of the army -- partly in Italian and French • Support users of the Dienstmanager, the digital platform for interaction between army members and the administration, as well as process access, operation, and process questions • Provide solution-oriented information and situation-appropriate advice, forward complex or non-specialist concerns to the responsible specialist departments • Maintain and continuously update the knowledge base for frequently asked questions to ensure uniform information and service quality • Maintain close exchange with other departments to improve customer satisfaction <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial vocational training with experience in customer support as well as good knowledge of the army organization • Communication skills and teamwork skills • Responsible, independent way of working and pronounced customer-oriented behavior • Existing military training is an advantage, ideally higher non-commissioned officer or officer of the Swiss Army • Very good oral as well as written knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, good knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell Das Personelle der Armee accompanies members of the army from recruitment to discharge from military service.
