Do you want to not only design talent development but also anchor it sustainably within the company? As Head of Learning & Development, you will shape the talent, leadership, and personnel development of the Micarna-Gruppe. You advise management and executives, set clear guardrails, and ensure that development processes have an impact. What you drive * You lead the Learning & Development area personally, professionally, and organizationally. * You shape the talent development of the Micarna-Gruppe and consistently further develop potential, succession, and development processes. * You advise and challenge management, executives, and HR in talent, leadership, and development matters. * You empower executives in their development responsibility and ensure binding implementation in the line. * You develop effective programs for talents and executives in coordination with Migros Industrie. * You are responsible for the learning and development portfolio and ensure alignment with central standards. * You consistently lead projects to success and manage resources, budget, and external partners.
