Your tasks

• You lead the Applications & Support team consisting of up to five employees professionally and personally, set clear priorities, and strengthen autonomy.
• You organize and coordinate support, operation, and application topics and ensure stable and customer-oriented operation of IoT solutions.
• You work approximately 30% operationally in 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate organizational measures for 3rd level support.
• You manage and report service quality based on support volume, reaction and resolution times, and ensure understandable escalations.
• You simplify and professionalize support and operation processes, guidelines, documentation, and the knowledge base, and promote the transfer of expertise within the team.
• You verify and develop the IoT portfolio and IT architecture in an economical and future-oriented manner (business cases), lead IoT projects, and build bridges between internal and external stakeholders.

Your expertise

• You have at least three years of experience in the professional and personal leadership of a team of comparable size.
• You know the IoT landscape in practice - from development and evolution to stable operation.
• You possess basic technical training with a CFC, for example in computer science, automation, or electronics, or basic commercial training with targeted development in the field of IoT support or applications. Successful tertiary training in computer science, systems technology, or automation (HF level) is an advantage.
• You communicate easily in German and can express yourself in French as well as in English (B1 level).
• You work in a structured, thoughtful, and solution-oriented manner and approach operational topics yourself with a high degree of pragmatism.
• You understand service-oriented business models, connect different interest groups, and are willing to travel up to 10% in Switzerland.
