As a (Junior) Recruiter, you support the recruitment of diverse talents for our hotels, restaurants, and tourism businesses. You ensure a professional and positive Candidate Journey and actively contribute to the further growth of the destination Andermatt. What you can achieve Identification and acquisition of qualified female and male candidates via professional networks, job platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels Review of application documents and pre-selection of suitable profiles based on job requirements Conducting initial interviews with potentially suitable female and male candidates Close cooperation with the Hiring Managers to define personnel requirements and the necessary qualifications Creation and presentation of job offers as well as negotiation of salary, benefits, and other terms of employment Ensuring a positive Candidate Experience throughout the entire recruitment process Representation of Andermatt Swiss Alps as an attractive employer and communication of our values and corporate culture Administrative processing of new hires, obtaining references, and maintaining relationships with potential and former applicants Representation of the company at career fairs, recruiting events, and information events What you bring with you Completed studies (Bachelor) or comparable training with a focus on Human Resources Very good knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a personnel consultancy or a dynamic corporate environment Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building sustainable relationships High accuracy and a good eye for assessing candidate profiles as well as managing recruiting processes Negotiation skills and a confident appearance Good knowledge of the labor market and an understanding of current developments in the hospitality and tourism industry German and English at a very good level in spoken and written (C1) What you can look forward to A team of passionate doers Generous participation in further training Combination of leisure and job Modern working time model Flat hierarchy with fast decision-making paths Numerous benefits This is us Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds, and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment houses, hotels, and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
