Pilatus-Bahnen AG is looking for an engaged person as Chef de Service 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. What you can achieve: Co-organization and support in operational management Co-planning and shaping daily business Deputizing for the Head of Catering in their absence (management of daily business, weekly and daily duty planning, ordering, staff leadership) Onboarding new employees Creating the Mise en Place for a smooth service workflow Supporting banquets and large-scale events Co-responsible for beverage offering planning Co-responsible for restaurant hygiene Late shifts two to three times per week including overnight stay on the mountain What distinguishes you: Warm, communicative and service-oriented personality Completed vocational training as Restaurantfachfrau/-mann EFZ Several years of professional experience in à-la-carte and banquet service, preferably in a similar position Very good German and English skills, other languages an advantage Interest in personal and professional development What you can look forward to Employee profit sharing - your success is our success!
