Labeler Packaging Fresh Meat

Goal of the position: Ensuring the timely, qualitatively flawless labeling, picking and provision of fresh meat and meat products in compliance with specifications regarding quality, food safety, hygiene and occupational safety. Tasks: • Labeling and picking of fresh meat as well as other meat products according to production and preparation orders • Control of correct product labeling regarding article, weight, price, batch number and expiration date according to specifications • Setting up, operating and cleaning the assigned machines, systems and work equipment • Carrying out simple troubleshooting according to work instructions • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area • Carrying out quality controls in one's own area of responsibility • Reporting quality deviations, technical malfunctions or safety deficiencies to the responsible office • Support and cooperation in other production areas according to operational need • Compliance with applicable work, hygiene, quality and safety regulations Responsibility / Competencies: • Compliance with specifications regarding quality, food safety, hygiene and occupational safety • Ensuring correct and complete labeling of the products • Careful handling of machines, systems and operating resources • Proper execution of assigned tasks according to work instructions • Timely reporting of deviations, malfunctions and risks Requirement profile: • German language skills at least level B1 • Basic knowledge in handling production systems and operating resources as well as experience in food production or meat processing is an advantage • Teamwork skills, reliability, careful and quality-conscious way of working • Willingness to learn and flexibility • Resilience and commitment • Readiness to work in a cooled environment
