Your missions ##

• Active and complete management of a portfolio of commercial properties
• Monthly reporting to owners
• Personal and telephone supervision of tenants
• Negotiations with tenants and establishment of commercial leases
• Proceeding with lease modifications and adaptation of rents as well as indexed rents
• Supervision of the current rent policy and advising the owner for the establishment of market rents
• Representation of the owner before the authorities (conciliations, evictions etc.)
• Ensuring the maintenance of the building in accordance with the management contract
• Periodic inspection of the real estate with the establishment of corresponding status reports
• Move-in and move-out inspections during valorization and change of tenants
• Control and authorization of creditor invoices, management statements and ancillary costs

Your profile ##

• Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or equivalent training
• Federal diploma of property manager (obtained or in progress) or continuing education in the real estate field
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management in the commercial field
• Good knowledge of law (Lease law, CO, CC, LP)
• Mastery of the French language orally and in writing with good writing skills, English is an asset
• Digital affinity and ability to participate actively in change
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode
• Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting with interpersonal skills
