You also support the VPRH on various topics and projects. 100% post and permanent contract. Senior HR, SIRH Project Manager Desired profile • Higher education in human resources and project management. • Very project/digital transformation-oriented, experience as an HR representative is an asset • Excellent mastery of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM. • Ease with numbers and very good mastery of Excel. • Analytical and synthetic spirit, autonomy, rigor, and precision. • Good team spirit and stress resistance. • Excellent mastery of French and English. Main responsibilities • Pilot the SAP HCM migration project to Success Factor while respecting the budget, deliverables, and deadlines. • Coordinate the different project actors (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR). • Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data and monitor it. • Keep the global organizational structure up to date. • Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and system use. - Accompany the different system users in the change. • Identify axes for optimizing HR processes in collaboration with the VPRH. • Participate in various group projects. • Reports and analyses on various Groupe HR topics.
