Guest Relations Officer for patients with supplementary insurance 50 - 100%

As a Guest Relations Manager (GRM), you can demonstrate your high service awareness daily in dealing with our inpatient patients with supplementary insurance. You act as the central contact person between our patients and the various clinics at USZ. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Are you our new team member? • You are the contact person for non-medical needs of privately and semi-privately insured patients regarding their concerns, wishes and feedback. In addition, you support patients with supplementary insurance before, during and after their stay at USZ (including contact, greeting, farewell, care on the ward, accompaniment as well as luggage transport in our house). • A completed degree or completed training in the service sector, e.g., tourism or hotel sector, is an ideal basis for this interesting task. Impeccable German as well as good English skills are a prerequisite. • As a solution-oriented, committed and empathetic personality, you can work both independently and in a team. We work from Monday to Friday in two shifts: 1st shift: 6:00 - 15:00, 2nd shift: 8:00 - 17:00. • Together with the International Office, we are an 11-person team which appreciates the varied tasks as well as the humorous interaction with one another.
