In this way, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality.      What awaits you • You are the main contact person for our customers in the processing and settlement of claims in the areas of private liability, general liability, and motor vehicle insurance with personal injury • You are responsible for clarifying the facts, the assessment of coverage and liability, as well as the settlement of claims and the enforcement of recourse • You carry out investigations and negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, lawyers, and other insurance companies What you bring with you • You mandatory possess experience in claims processing and/or underwriting in the field of liability and motor vehicle insurance at a private insurer • You possess outstanding communication skills and convincing negotiation skills. You enjoy direct contact with customers and like to support them in finding solutions • Proficient German in speaking and writing.
