Die Hallenstadion Gastronomie is responsible for all catering in the Hallenstadion Zürich – the largest and most modern event arena in Switzerland with capacity for up to 15’500 guests. We operate numerous take-aways, restaurants, bars, banquet rooms as well as exclusive Logen & VIP areas. Our offering ranges from high-end gastronomy to fast, contemporary food and drinks and makes every event a culinary experience. To support our kitchen brigade, we are complementing our team as of November 2026 or by agreement with a: Sous-Chef Logen & VIP (m/w) Workload: 100% / no Zimmerstundendienste! Area of responsibility: You are primarily responsible for ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless kitchen performance in our VIP-Restaurant Topline and for the Logen area of the Hallenstadion. In doing so, you independently lead and organize your 4-person kitchen brigade. Additionally, together with the Sous-Chef Publikumsgastronomie, you take over the deputy role for the Head of Kitchen area in his absence.
