Area of responsibility:

• Receive and cleanly document customer inquiries via telephone in a technical environment
• Identify and actively use sales opportunities (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling) to further develop the customer portfolio
• Record and process technical fault reports in 1st-level support
• Advise customers in a friendly and competent manner regarding products and services

Mandatory requirements:

• Solid PC skills as well as proficient handling of common IT applications
• Basic understanding of telecommunications technical contexts
• Strong communication skills
• Intuition and interest in sales and consulting (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling)

• Full availability during the six-week training phase
• Readiness for shift work: assignments take place regularly every second Saturday as well as mainly in the evenings
• For part-time employees (workload 50–100 %), identical conditions apply: 5 working days per week, from Monday to Saturday
