Technical Administrator

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Administrator for the internal service. In this role, you are the central contact person for our customers regarding spare parts and lifecycle topics. You coordinate spare part inquiries and orders, and develop solutions for discontinued components and assemblies with the corresponding specialist departments. Your main responsibilities are: * Processing and coordinating customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via Salesforce * Creation and follow-up of spare part, component, and service offers * Technical review of inquiries and orders based on drawings, P&IDs, and internal documentation * Creation and updating of spare parts lists for new and existing systems Coordination of workshop, planning, and assembly orders * Monitoring of deadlines, orders, material availability, and delivery periods * Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers and internal specialist departments * Maintenance of master data, part data, prices * Creation and control of quality-relevant documentation and dossiers * Participation in the optimization of processes and compliance with quality standards according to ISO 9001 Your profile: * Technical basic training as an Automatiker or Anlagen- und Apparatebauer EFZ, preferably with industry knowledge from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry * Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing * Strong communication and customer-oriented personality * Good ERP knowledge as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications * Experience in an international customer environment * Independent, concentrated, structured, and solution-oriented way of working We offer: * Responsible, varied tasks with international contacts * Participation in international projects in the pharma, biotech, and food environment * Cooperation in an interdisciplinary, experienced team * Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and open communication Ready for the next step?
