Head of Central Support (Team Leader)

This is the contribution you can make

• Management of the central support at all Agroscope locations in Switzerland (6 persons) in personnel, technical, financial, and organizational terms and active participation in operational activities
• Ensuring the operational services of the central support in Posieux and coordination of activities at all locations, in particular the telephone switchboard, the ticketing system, the reception, and support at events, taking multilingualism into account
• Harmonization and optimization of administrative, logistical, and organizational work processes at all locations, development of suitable instruments and ensuring the quality of services
• Management of infrastructure sub-projects within the framework of Azurite, in particular the introduction of the ticketing system
• Operational responsibility for the LRAO services (around 1600 personnel movements per year), in particular compliance with the requirements of the Swiss Government PKI, certificate management as well as training of the LRAO and RIO roles
• Training and supervision of apprentices, coordination of civil service workers, temporary workers and external service providers as well as, if required, participation in operational activities

This makes you unique

• Commercial basic training or training in the hotel and service sector (EFZ, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree, higher vocational training or equivalent professional experience)
• More than five years of professional experience, including proven leadership experience of teams and the coordination of services or processes
• Knowledge in project management, analytical and conceptual thinking as well as the ability to structure processes and solve problems independently
• Confident handling of digital tools and a strong interest in digitalization and the continuous improvement of processes
• Strong service awareness and customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, team spirit and personal integrity
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and English in spoken and written form
