Order Management / Order Manager (m/f/d)

Mastering the RF spectrum – Symlab AG was founded in 2016 and is growing steadily in the development and production of devices such as jammers, receivers, transmitters, monitoring and classification devices, radio direction finders and anti-drone equipment. Symlab AG, headquartered in Freienbach, is a subsidiary of Global Clearance Solutions AG, which removes explosive threats and enables the reconstruction of war zones.

For our Symlab team in Ostermundigen we are looking for you starting immediately or upon availability in full-time.

• Responsibility for the processing of customer orders from order receipt to successful order completion
• Checking, recording and maintaining customer orders in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with sales, production and other internal interfaces to ensure timely order processing
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery and production dates as well as proactive communication in case of deviations
• Contact person for customers regarding questions about order processing
• Creation and maintenance of status reports as well as monitoring of relevant key performance indicators
• Moderation and implementation of regular coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows in Order Management
• Completed technical training (vocational training, studies) in the field of electronics, ideally communications/high-frequency technology with corresponding further training or studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in Order Management, sales administration, Customer Service, Project Management or a comparable function
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
• Confident handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) as well as MS Office
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
