What you can achieve • Responsibility as Single Point of Contact for complex systems of the Schweizer Armee in the field of sensors and electronic warfare • Ensuring operational readiness over the entire lifecycle of the supported system • Development, implementation and further development of maintenance, service and lifecycle concepts • Technical and commercial responsibility for service agreements, SLA, operational support services and system-related orders • Coordination of internal interfaces such as sales, purchasing, legal services, engineering, quality, logistics and controlling as well as cooperation with customers, partners and suppliers • Planning, monitoring and reporting of services, costs, risks, deadlines and deliverables in the system environment • Support in the creation of offers, contract clarifications, technical feasibility studies and effort estimations • Ensuring professional service management based on ITIL 4, especially in change, incident, problem, service level and service request management • Identification and implementation of system, service and process improvements to reduce operating and lifecycle costs • Representation of technical and system-related interests in specialist committees, projects and reviews What you bring with you • Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration, project management or service management • Several years of experience in system management, maintenance, service management or technical project management. ITIL Foundation V4 certification is an advantage. • Experience with complex technical systems, ideally in a military, industrial or security-relevant environment • Good understanding of technical, commercial and contractual contexts in the lifecycle and service business • Proficient use of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office • Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage • Very good communication, organizational and assertiveness skills as well as negotiation skills when dealing with customers, partners and suppliers • High level of personal responsibility, analytical thinking and solution-oriented way of working • Knowledge of Schweizer Armee logistics, military processes or public clients is an advantage Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees from RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make an essential contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
