Various activities are bundled in our "Corporate Functions" business area. In addition to our Finance and IT services, global Marketing and Sales Management as well as Human Resources are also located in this area. What awaits you #####

• You ensure reliable and service-oriented 1st and 2nd level support for our international branches (over 200 stores)
• You process incidents and service requests efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner and ensure sustainable error correction
• You continuously develop your own solution competence in the 2nd level and take on increasingly complex topics
• You maintain and create Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and manuals to sustainably improve solution quality and speed
• You support the preparation and implementation of store openings and renovations (from an IT perspective)
• You install and configure store IT systems (POS, network, peripherals) on-site or remotely
• You regularly visit our branches and ensure the stability of the store IT
• You participate in the on-call/standby service to ensure operational operations

What you bring with you #####

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Initial to several years of experience in IT support (1st/2nd level), in a retail or service-oriented environment
• Good knowledge in the area of store IT / retail systems (e.g., POS, network, peripheral devices)
• High service and customer orientation
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
