ICT Supporter

This is what you can achieve with us.

• First-level support with heart and mind: You are the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries – by telephone, via email or through our ticket system.
• Analysis & problem solving: You record and classify tickets, perform initial analyses and independently resolve malfunctions as well as service requests.
• Proactive communication: You always keep our customers informed and ensure transparency.
• Teamwork: In more complex cases, you work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support and coordinate fault rectification.
• Documentation: You create and update customer documentation so that knowledge is shared.

This is what defines you.

• Completed training as Informatiker:in EFZ or ICT-Fachmann/-frau EFZ.
• Initial experience in IT support and knowledge of ITIL processes are a plus.
• Fit in Microsoft 365 and Windows Workplaces.
• High motivation, customer orientation and joy in service.
• Willingness for on-call duty.
• Good German and English skills.
• Driver's license Kat. B.
