THE POSITION As Commis de Cuisine – Breakfast Service, you support the Chef de Partie and the kitchen team in the daily preparations for the breakfast service. You ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with Luigia standards and contribute to ensuring the kitchen is optimally prepared for a successful service. YOUR TASKS Preparation and organization of the workplace as well as ensuring order and cleanliness. Daily compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Labeling and dating all food according to internal procedures. Professional storage of products in the refrigerator in compliance with expiration dates. Creation of labels for every production (product name, manufacturing date and expiration date). Preparation of the deep fryers and support of kitchen processes. Preparation of dessert plates according to the specifications of the kitchen team. Close cooperation with the Chef de Partie during Mise en Place and service. Compliance with the cold and warm holding chain during all working phases. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Initial experience in the kitchen or strong motivation to learn this profession. Reliability, accuracy and high hygiene awareness. Dexterity as well as the ability to work efficiently even in a fast-paced work environment. Team spirit and a cooperative way of working.
