We are looking for a\* Head of Department Technical Communication to strategically further develop our Technical Communication area and actively shape the transformation towards modern, scalable content and information management.   What is this position about? You will: • lead, further develop, and position the Technical Communication department with approximately 15 employees as a central competence center within the company. • shape the transformation from classic Technical Documentation towards a modular, scalable content and information management. • be responsible for the introduction and further development of modern content management systems as well as associated processes and roles. • ensure consistent, high-quality, and regulatorily compliant product information across products, variants, languages, and channels. • actively manage and further develop cooperation with Product Management, Engineering, Service, Regulatory, and IT. • specifically utilize digitalization, data, and AI to sustainably increase efficiency and scalability in content and information management.   What do we expect from you?
