Every day, in addition to individual guests in the public self-service restaurant, our gastronomy serves 190 patients and approx. 600 employees. The field of activity is supplemented by a lively and versatile banquet operation. These are your tasks • Monitoring and assisting in the production and preparation of food and dishes for all customer segments, taking HACCP and QMS into account • Independent management of patient meal cards • Control and assistance at the patient food distribution belt • Compliance with recipe and calculation principles • Independent work during banquets and events • Monitoring, maintaining and, if necessary, improving hygiene and quality standards • Participating in the training of apprentice cooks • Collaboration in various projects This distinguishes you • You have completed an apprenticeship as a cook. • You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in classical gastronomy (large-scale operations an advantage) as well as in the banquet sector. • An independent and high-quality way of working is a matter of course for you. • You contribute your own ideas to the continuous development of the offering. • Teamwork is important to you and you enjoy helping with the training of young professionals. • You maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • You are willing to work evening and weekend shifts (we do not know "room hours" here).
