To strengthen our field service team in the Pharma business unit, we are looking for a Practice Consultant in Veterinary Pharma Field Service for the Central Region (AG, BE, BL, BS, FR, LU, NW, OW, SO, ZG) by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Competent consultation & sales: Responsible sales of our wide range of veterinary medicines for small animals, livestock, and horses.
• Building & maintaining customer relationships: Sustainable support of veterinary practices and clinics in the sales area as well as targeted acquisition of new customers.
• Knowledge transfer: Planning and implementation of practical training for practice teams.
• Network & representation: Professional representation of Virbac at specialist congresses as well as various events and active exchange with opinion leaders.
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with the rest of the field service and the internal marketing team.

Your profile:

• Professional background: Successfully completed training in the (veterinary) medical or pharmaceutical field (TPA, MPA, Pharma-Assistent/in or comparable).
• Sales talent: Strong enjoyment of active customer contact, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness. Experience in field service is an advantage.
• Personality: High degree of independence, initiative, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Organization: Structured, goal-oriented way of working and flexibility in everyday life.
• Place of residence: Residence in the service area.
