Within the department dedicated to institutional clients, you provide essential support to the team by ensuring the smooth running of administrative activities and the monitoring of client relationships. As a true person of trust, you contribute to the fluidity of exchanges and the proper functioning of the service.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Ensure the daily administrative support of the department manager.
Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and events, while ensuring efficient management of priorities.
Prepare the documents necessary for meetings, write minutes and ensure the follow-up of decided actions.
Update tracking tables, produce statistics and participate in activity reporting.
Design, adapt and update various administrative, commercial and presentation materials.
Guarantee the quality and formatting of letters, offers and other documents intended for clients.
Respond to requests from institutional clients and ensure the administrative follow-up of their files.
Collaborate closely with the different services in order to ensure efficient processing of requests.
Profile
Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training.
First successful experience in an administrative, commercial or customer support assistant function.
Good command of German, both written and oral (minimum B2 level).
Excellent writing skills in French and ease with office tools.
Organized, rigorous person capable of managing several priorities simultaneously.
Sense of service, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills.
Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity in the follow-up of files.
