Job Description Reception and processing of cases, incident and service requests in the 1st-level area (telephone, mail, ticket system ServiceNow) Competent support of our customers with IT inquiries as well as initial analysis and resolution of their problems Ensuring structured case management as well as efficient handling of incident and service requests Close cross-team collaboration with 2nd- and 3rd-level support Active maintenance, documentation and tracking of tickets Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in the service desk or IT support environment Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 Very good German, Austrian and English skills Understanding of ITIL-oriented processes (Case / Incident / Service Request) Enthusiasm for direct customer contact as well as strong communication skills High enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a strong service and customer orientation Additional Information This is also why you should apply right now.
