Tasks

• Processing of customer inquiries and assistance in our system solution areas
• Telephone fault analysis and troubleshooting with possible remote access to customer systems (German, French, Italian)
• Processing of inquiries and fault reports via e-mail, fax or other channels
• Recording and management of orders in our service and contract management tool (ABACUS Ticketing-System)
• Passing on critical information to team leaders or supervisors (e.g., in case of schedule changes or unexpected incidents)
• Technical and administrative coordination with contractual partners as well as internal service providers (disposition, Expert Level Support, warehouse, sales)
• Working in shift operation as well as supporting the dispatchers during high workloads or absences
• Preparation of customer correspondence and statements
• Assumption of general administrative tasks as well as other company-relevant activities

Profile

• Technical affinity and experience in the field of system solutions
• Customer-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
• Confident handling of ticketing systems, ideally ABACUS
• Language skills in German, French and/or Italian (at least B2 level)
• Teamwork skills and independent working
