Your tasks Support of the Chef de Rang in the professional care of guests Participation in service at your own station with approx. 20–25 guests Participation in high-end wine service as well as support and guidance of a Commis de Rang Preparation and follow-up of service processes including breakfast and dinner service Your profile Completed vocational training in service or comparable experience Experience in high-end gastronomy is an advantage Very good German skills; other languages are an advantage Able to work in a team, resilient, motivated, and willing to learn Enjoyment of contact with guests as well as commitment and enthusiasm for gastronomy
