Vocational Training Officer Nursing

What you achieve

• You ensure that our training mandate is successfully implemented in the individual nursing departments.
• In doing so, you coordinate, plan, and monitor the training in the nursing departments and ensure compliance as well as the further development of training quality within the framework of legal requirements.
• You initiate and support new training models and implement them in practice together with the Shared Governance Team.
• You lead the vocational training specialists and the vocational trainers in a professional capacity.
• Working closely with the nursing training officers, you are among others jointly responsible for the recruitment of apprentices and students in company employment (FaGe, HF, FH).
• In addition, you work closely with the nursing division management and you are the contact person for external bodies involved in training and support external project and working groups upon request.

What distinguishes you

• You are a certified nursing professional (DN II/HF/FH) with several years of professional experience and bring pedagogical further training within the framework of 1800 training hours.
• As a committed, strong-communication person with leadership skills, you are open to innovations and enjoy helping to shape them.
• You possess a structured as well as efficient way of working and convince through your organizational and coordination skills.
• Sound IT user knowledge, especially MS-Office including Outlook, round off your profile.
• You bring experience in project management.
