The following tasks we can offer you ##

• Product Strategy: Development and implementation of product strategies to support the sales team. The product manager is a member of the sales team, plays a very important role within the team and is responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends, market developments, potentials, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the research and development, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Project Management: Oversee product development projects from concept to market launch and ensure that schedules and budgets are met, and manage the entire product portfolio.
• Customer Involvement: Involvement of customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure product satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the product offering, and report to management as required.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with the relevant industry standards and regulations.

With these qualifications you help us move forward ##

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration, or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in shipping or the industrial sector is desirable
• Strong understanding of four-stroke engines and turbochargers (selective catalytic reduction) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP and very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent knowledge in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• Sales-oriented with technical affinity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High degree of initiative, excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proactivity, ability to cooperate in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong social competence, ability to understand needs, recognize opportunities, and identify business factors
