Construction site technician building-civil engineering (100%) with responsibility as a trainer for AFC and CFP bricklayers apprentices A construction company active in the Cantons of Grigioni and Ticino since 1973, specialized in the realization of quality works in the building and civil engineering sector, is looking for a: Building construction technician with responsibility in the technical management of construction sites, preparation of offers and technical reports, support to management and training of our AFC and CFP bricklayer apprentices. Your mission: The sought figure will have a central role within the company: following the construction sites from a technical, organizational and economic point of view, collaborating directly with management for the preparation of offers relating to building works, civil engineering and general contractor works, as well as becoming a point of reference for the professional growth of young trainees. We are looking for a person who enjoys passing on their trade, contributing to the development of internal skills and the continuity of apprentice training. Your responsibilities: Technical management of construction sites • Planning, organization and conduct of construction site activities; • Coordination of operating teams and management of priorities; • Quality control, timing and compliance with safety regulations; • Management of relationships with clients, designers, suppliers and partners; • Management of estimates and settlement; • Layouts and surveys with theodolite / GPS. Support to management • Collaboration in the preparation of offers and in the technical evaluation of works; • Analysis of problems and proposal of effective solutions; • Timely reporting of critical issues and active participation in the improvement of company processes. Apprentice training • Accompanying AFC and CFP bricklayer apprentices; • Transmission of technical skills and good construction site practices; • Organization of practical training activities and verification of progress; • Collaboration with vocational schools and training bodies. Your profile: We are looking for a person with: • Completed training in the building sector (AFC bricklayer, site manager, building technician, civil engineer or equivalent); • Consolidated experience in the management of building and/or civil engineering construction sites (preferably at least 5 years in a technical role in construction site management); • Interest in the training of young professionals; • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and sense of responsibility; • Good knowledge of building regulations at the Swiss level, SIA measurement specifications, SUVA recommendations etc; • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining clarity and solution orientation; • Excellent communication skills: we believe in open dialogue and the ability to face difficulties in a constructive way; • Attitude towards collaboration and teamwork; • Driving license category B. IT skills: A good predisposition to using digital tools for modern construction site management is required: • Good knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel and Project); • Good knowledge and use of the BAUBIT software for price analysis, preparation of offers, drafting of estimates and related settlements; • Good knowledge and use of AutoCAD for reading and managing technical documentation; • Willingness to continuously improve one's IT skills. Preferential qualifications: The following will be considered an advantage: • Diploma as Building Technician SSSP, Civil Eng. or equivalent; • Basic course for corporate apprentice trainer; • Safety officer course; • Good knowledge of German (both spoken and written). The apprentice trainer and safety officer courses can also be obtained during the employment relationship, with the support of the company.
