Gastronomy Manager (M/F)
Job description
Drive all F&B operations across several sites and guarantee quality of service
Supervise, structure and develop a team of managers
Optimize workforce and financial performance (turnover, costs, productivity)
Make rapid decisions and ensure operational stability in a seasonal environment
Develop the attractiveness of offers and contribute to the F&B strategy
Profile sought
Minimum 10 years of experience in catering, including significant experience in multi-site management
Confirmed experience in managing large teams (100+ employees)
Solid mastery of financial issues (P&L, personnel ratios, productivity)
Assertive leadership and ability to impose a demanding framework on restaurant managers
Very operational profile: capable of moving from strategic driving to field action
Resistance to pressure and strong decision-making capacity
Mastery of French and English (German an asset, Italian a plus)
Experience in a mountain environment appreciated
