Work location: Ibach (home office possible) Workload: 100% Start: by arrangement A family-run company in its fourth generation, active in over 120 countries, is looking for reinforcement in the ERP environment for the Transformation & Technology organizational unit. Your tasks: You are responsible for the 2nd-level support of the ERP solution COMARCH. You independently prioritize, analyze, and process support tickets and actively follow up on support cases. You develop optimizations for quality assurance, standardization, and automation of ERP processes. You create and maintain understandable documentation for the department and the key users. You participate in release upgrades and international rollouts. You plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for key users. You advise the business contact persons and analyze, evaluate, and implement functional requirements and new functionalities. You carry out planned maintenance windows and participate in the on-call service. Your profile: Completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Experience in application or ERP support, ideally in an industrial environment. Good knowledge of ERP systems; experience with COMARCH is an advantage. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation) is an advantage. Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. High degree of personal responsibility and enjoyment in questioning processes. Strong customer and service orientation as well as a personality with strong communication skills.
