For our Human Resources department at our Delémont site, we are looking for the following profile: HR Business Partner ------------------- Your mission ------------- As a member of the Executive Committee, you are a strategic partner to Management and managers in the development of the organization and its talents. You deploy the HR practices necessary to achieve the organization's objectives, in consistency with the Group's strategy and policies. As a close partner to managers, you actively contribute to the performance of the organization, the development of skills, and the quality of the working climate. You also ensure the equitable application of HR processes as well as compliance with the Swiss legal framework, while guaranteeing human resources management based on equity, respect for individuals, and the company's human values. Your responsibilities -------------------- * Actively participate in the reflections and decisions of the Executive Committee and contribute to the site's strategy. * Advise and support managers in managing their teams, skill development, performance, and organizational changes. * Guarantee equitable and consistent management of employees throughout their journey in the company, by promoting dialogue, respect, and the search for pragmatic solutions. * Drive the main HR processes: recruitment, talent development, evaluations, compensation, training, succession management, and labor relations. * Support sensitive individual and collective situations in compliance with company values and the Swiss legal framework. * Identify training needs, coordinate development actions, and ensure the management and monitoring of the training budget. * Ensure HR responsibility for apprentices in collaboration with internal and external training stakeholders. * Provide Management with HR analyses and recommendations to anticipate the human and organizational challenges of the site. * Locally deploy the Group's HR policies and processes, while contributing to their harmonization and continuous improvement. * Participate in the strategic planning of workforce and skills as well as the realization of the site's objectives and projects. Your profile ------------ * Federal diploma of HR specialist or equivalent training. * Proven experience of several years in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role. * Solid experience in supporting managers, managing human relations, and change management. * Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices. * Experience in team management and ability to unite stakeholders. * Excellent listening, communication, analysis, and decision-making skills. * An upright, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality, able to reconcile company needs with respect for employees. * Proficiency in French and good knowledge of professional English (minimum B1). * Experience in an industrial environment is an asset.
