Do you listen attentively, find suitable solutions, and maintain an overview even in busy moments? For our customer center, you are an important contact person for our customers and, through your commitment, you contribute to an overall positive service experience.

Your tasks

• You process registrations, modifications, and cancellations for individuals and SMEs by telephone, e-mail, mail, and online portal
• You respond autonomously and within deadlines to general customer requests and concerns
• You check and update master data carefully in accordance with quality requirements and current processes
• You handle simple complaints in a solution-oriented manner and record the main information comprehensibly
• You advise our customers based on their needs and identify suitable possibilities to support them best with our products and services
• In addition to daily tasks, you take on special missions and actively contribute to high service quality and strong customer relationships

What you bring

• A completed basic commercial training (CFC) or equivalent training
• You have experience in customer service or in an administrative function; knowledge in the energy or service sector is an advantage
• You work routinely with MS Office and common specialized applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Even in busy situations, you work in a structured and precise manner while maintaining an overview
• Customer satisfaction is important to you. With customer orientation, autonomy, and team spirit, you ensure optimal support
• You have a very good command of German for telephone and written communication with our clientele; good knowledge of French is an advantage
