Your tasks

As a warm voice on the telephone or as a friendly contact via email: You provide our guests with excellent service even at the reservation stage. Additionally, you take care of:

• Checking and processing reservations, overbookings and options

Maintenance of Opera as well as the electronic reservation systems

• Invoice creation and control (accounts receivable and accounts payable) in compliance with price specifications
• Deposit handling and monitoring of timely incoming payments

Support of the Sales as well as the Front Office team during peak times
