To strengthen our F&B team with a focus on the Brasserie, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) 60% by arrangement. Warm service meets French flair. Become part of our Brasserie team and show your hosting qualities in an exclusive environment. Your mission: You independently manage a service station and ensure a professional and smooth service process. With your warm manner, you inspire our guests and create unforgettable experiences in the Brasserie. You competently advise our guests on food and drinks and convince through your hosting talent. Together with the kitchen, bar, and the service team, you ensure a smooth operational process. You complete preparatory and follow-up work independently and ensure that your work area always meets our quality standards. You contribute your ideas, continuously develop your professional skills, and participate in internal training. Your shifts take place predominantly during the à la carte evening service from Monday to Saturday – Sunday is our rest day. How you score points: Completed vocational training as a Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ is a great advantage. First professional experience in a comparable position. In dealing with guests, supervisors, and employees, you demonstrate charm, social competence, and an authentic, natural friendliness. You live hospitality with passion. You sell wines, spirits, and food competently and always with a warm smile. You always maintain an overview and calmness even during high business volume. You enjoy taking on responsibility and possess strong communication skills (D/E, F is an advantage) as well as an independent way of working.
