Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from the job advertisement to the interview
• Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, job offers, employment references, and other HR documents
• Support of the entire employee lifecycle including entries, development discussions, and exits
• Organization and accompaniment of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Planning and tracking of training and further education
• Maintenance of personnel data as well as ensuring correct and confidential personnel administration
• Support of employee benefits, insurances, and social benefits
• Coordination of external service providers in the areas of payroll and personnel administration
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law as well as relevant social security and tax law requirements
• Creation of HR evaluations, statistics, and monthly reports
• Support of time management and absence management
• Participation in internal audits as well as further development and optimization of HR processes
• Cooperation with international HR teams on projects, employee surveys, and annual discussions

Your profile:

• Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Manager, ideally in an international environment
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
• Experience in recruiting, personnel administration, and employee lifecycle
• Very good MS Office skills as well as high affinity for HR systems and digital processes
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• French language skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a professional appearance
• High discretion, trustworthiness, and service orientation
