About Your Tasks Make customers successful You build long-term partnerships, understand our customers' goals and develop solutions together that create real added value. Continuously improve services You analyze service metrics, moderate service reviews and derive concrete measures to sustainably increase quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Drive innovation You identify potentials for automation and AI and accompany our customers in successfully implementing modern service concepts. Manage projects You coordinate service improvements, bring different stakeholders to the table and ensure successful implementation. Create transparency You prepare service results in an understandable way, present them confidently at management level and derive concrete recommendations for action from them. Take responsibility You recognize risks early, find pragmatic solutions and ensure that our customers are optimally supported at all times.
