Experienced HR professional, do you wish to put your expertise, your leadership, and your sense of partnership at the service of the Banque Cantonale du Valais? You will occupy a key role in supporting managers and employees on all operational and strategic HR issues. A true trusted partner, you bring your expertise, your capacity for influence, and your vision to support organizational evolutions and team development.

Concretely? #####

• You support and advise managers on all stages of the employee life cycle: recruitment, integration, development, performance, mobility, management of sensitive situations, reorganizations, and departures.
• Thanks to your HR expertise and your analytical capacity, you contribute to the quality of managerial decisions and promote a high-performing and sustainable working climate.
• In collaboration with your Human Relations colleagues, you actively participate in the improvement and evolution of HR processes: compensation, talent management, training, succession, internal mobility, HR administration, and indicator steering.
• You contribute to strategic and cross-functional HR projects, notably within the framework of the transformation and digitalization of HR processes.
• You participate in reflections related to workforce and cost planning and contribute to the alignment of human resources with company objectives.
• You represent Human Relations to various internal and external interlocutors and ensure clear, constructive, and impactful HR communication.

Does the challenge tempt you? This position is made for you if- #####

• You benefit from higher education (Bachelor, Master or Federal HR Diploma) and confirmed experience of at least 7 years as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an organization of significant size.
• You possess an excellent mastery of HR practices as well as solid knowledge of Swiss labor law.
• Recognized for your natural leadership, your charisma, and your ability to establish relationships of trust, you are a credible interlocutor appreciated by managers.
• You know how to influence, convince, and support stakeholders in their decision-making while demonstrating diplomacy and pragmatism.
• You are comfortable in managing complex or sensitive situations and demonstrate excellent judgment as well as great discretion.
• Equipped with strong relational intelligence, you adapt your approach to various interlocutors and evolve with ease in a demanding environment.
• You combine strategic vision and operational sense and are capable of conducting several projects in parallel.
• Your mastery of French is complemented by good knowledge of German.
• You are comfortable with HR systems (Abacus in particular) and technologies related to artificial intelligence.
