Our employees are the first contact persons for our customers and also the competence center for team-supported customers in the topics of basic products, savings, investing, and pension planning. Your job at a glance

What you achieve with us

• Management of the digital input channels of Luzerner Kantonalbank
• Answering telephone customer inquiries (up to 80 calls per day) as well as independent conducting of consultations in LUKB standard products and services
• Independent processing of customer orders
• Ensuring 1st-level support for our E-Banking, the LUKB Apps, as well as in the common Finance Apps (TWINT, Debix+)
• Arranging appointments with customer advisors in all our locations
• Management and support of our card range

What you bring with you

• Banking apprenticeship or experience from a customer contact center, ideally in a related industry (insurance, health insurance, financial service provider, etc.)
• You speak and understand Swiss German perfectly and enjoy daily customer interaction
• Very good written expression in German - any additional language is an advantage
• Proficient use of work and communication tools, reliable and independent way of working, paired with quick comprehension
• Team player, resilient, and customer-oriented
• Entrepreneurial thinking
