Customer Care Specialist

The Position: For a leading Swiss player in the healthcare services sector, we are looking for a commercial personality who combines professionalism with assertiveness. You will act at the interface between doctors, patients, and insurance companies and ensure the liquidity of our clients through smart receivables management. Workload: 80-100% Your Mission: • Independent management of factoring processes and collection dossiers. • Solution-oriented correspondence with patients, funds, and authorities (DE/FR). • Analysis of outstanding receivables and initiation of targeted measures. • Active process optimization within a dynamic team. Qualifications Your Profile: • Completed commercial or medical basic training. • Min. 3 years of professional experience (ideally in the field of collections/finance). • Business fluent German and good French skills. • Structured way of working and an eye for detail.
