What you accomplish ##

• Management, motivation and planning of employees as well as guaranteeing smooth operations

• Responsibility for purchasing, orders, inventory as well as cash management and establishment of daily accounts
• Compliance with HACCP and ISO standards.

Your workplace ##

In the Mattehof gastronomy in Berne, our team of hosts composed of 17 employees welcomes approximately 500 guests daily. The qualitative, attractive and varied offer includes different menus, Front Cooking (pasta, wok or grill concept), all-you-can-eat buffet, hearty salad buffet and snacks. The gastronomy also includes a cafeteria. Thanks to the internal catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company actions as well as special events are organized. You work from Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 17:00 according to the schedule. The establishment is closed on public holidays and on weekends. You are flexible for occasional special events.
