Job Description Set up job subscription   Product Manager (w/m/d) # Insurance Directorate / Bern / Experienced managers / Unlimited / 80% - 100% What to expect from you ## As a Product Manager, you are part of the "Prozess Vertragsführung" department and the troika of an ART, which is responsible for contract management in the non-life insurance business. You actively shape the modernization of our core processes and put the needs of our customers and users at the center. What you will achieve with us ## Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for modernization projects from the areas of contract management, such as key figures, contract renovations, portfolio updates, invoicing, reinsurance, co-insurance, or sales compensation.   As a Product Manager, you will take on your tasks within the framework of the Epic Flow and accompany and lead the topics on the levels of portfolio, capability, and features. You will review portfolio requirements, develop requirements for capabilities and features, and be responsible for their refinement process. You will lead the Product Owners of two to three agile teams professionally and accompany them in the implementation and validation of the features. As a member of the troika, you will also ensure that the organizational framework conditions for the feature teams are secured and further developed.   For this, you can rely on your openness in dealing with people, your sense of optimization potential, and your curiosity to take new paths. As a service-oriented person, you will practice active customer and stakeholder management and develop solutions with a customer focus in high quality, in collaboration with IT architects, Product Owners, and the ART troika. What you bring ## • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, insurance, product management, or a related field • Several years of experience in scaled agile product development (e.g., SAFe) as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role • Experience in the non-life insurance sector • Solution-oriented, independent, and goal-oriented way of working with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex environment with different stakeholder groups and to prioritize requirements in a value-oriented manner • Strong communication skills with a pronounced team and customer orientation as well as strong assertiveness and decision-making ability • Structured, reliable, and constructive way of working in collaboration with agile teams, stakeholders, and management bodies • Management experience, ideally also in interdisciplinary team constellations • Interest in team collaboration with local as well as off- and nearshoring teams • Fluent German and good English skills What we offer ## You can expect an engaged and motivated "Prozess Vertragsführung" department as well as an ART troika in the SAFe environment.
