Tasks

• Under instruction, you prepare cold and warm dishes and assist with simple kitchen tasks such as prepping, cutting, and peeling.
• You take over specialist tasks of the cook and, in their absence, assume overall responsibility in the kitchen under the instruction of the kitchen management.
• You actively assist with the distribution of food to customers and operate the cash register.
• You bear responsibility for cleanliness and order, clear the dishes, clean them, and are responsible for cleanliness in the dining area.
• You bear responsibility for an economical and careful handling of food, equipment, and utensils and comply with hygiene regulations.

Profile

• Training in gastronomy as a cook (EBA level)
• 3 years of professional experience in the service or kitchen area
• Communicative personality (German language skills level B1) with high service orientation, enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders, and high social competence
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, in exceptional cases willingness for some special assignments on weekends or evenings
