Our Kirchberg SG site is a center of competence for the development and production of soft capsules. Your area of responsibility Project management within the framework of development projects. Development of pharmaceutical forms and manufacturing processes; supervision of the production transfer of soft capsules, including development activities. Coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders. Preparation and monitoring of project plans, work packages, and assigned responsibilities. Management of project budgets, preparation of offers, monitoring of deadlines, and preparation of supplementary offers, including the coordination of billing after project closure. Formulation development: innovation and development of soft gelatin formulations for pharmaceutical applications. Process optimization: improvement of formulation processes, including filling manufacturing, capsule composition, encapsulation, and drying. Regulatory compliance: ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, ICH directives, and other official regulations. Technology transfer: support for the scale-up and transfer of formulations from research and development to production. Problem solving: investigation and resolution of problems related to formulations and processes, as well as implementation of corrective measures if necessary. Documentation and reporting: drafting of technical reports, development documentation, and authorization dossiers. Your profile Master's or doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the development of soft capsule formulations in the pharmaceutical industry. In-depth knowledge of soft capsule encapsulation processes, gelatin composition, and fill formulations. Experience with lipid-based formulations, suspensions, and strategies for improving the solubility of active ingredients. Knowledge of analytical methods, stability studies, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and FDA authorization procedures. Excellent teamwork skills, stress resistance, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. You possess good knowledge of German and English.
