SECOND CHEF (M/F)

The Hôtel Nendaz 4 Vallées et SpaS is located in Valais, at 1400 m altitude, in the resort of Haute-Nendaz. It enjoys a privileged location in summer as well as winter, in the heart of the land of bisses and the 4 Vallées ski area.

It is composed of a 4* superior hotel of 62 rooms, 2 restaurants and a bar, an exceptional SPA of 2200 m2, as well as conference and banquet rooms (www.hotelnendaz4vallees.ch).

The complex also houses holiday rental apartments which complement the hotel offering.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for:

A SECOND CHEF (M/F)

Your profile:

• Have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position
• Holder of a professional training in cooking of type CFC Cuisine or a title deemed equivalent
• Knowledge in pastry
• Good knowledge of the French language, spoken and written
• Excellent presentation, concern for cleanliness and quality
• Available, versatile and responsible
• Neat, precise and organized

Your tasks:

• Assist the chef (staff management, development of cards and menus)
• Ensure the production of dishes
• Assist the chef in the monitoring of hygiene procedures and protocols
• Participate in the development of the restaurant

Commencement of duties:

• From 1st November 2026 to 15 April 2027

Possibility of a monthly CDI thereafter
