What awaits you * You support our customers in writing and by telephone with inquiries from the areas of vested benefits accounts, occupational pension schemes, and debt collection. * You open vested benefits accounts, process payments, update reports on entries and exits, receive salary reports from affiliated companies, to name only a small part of the tasks. * You resolve concerns, whenever possible, during the first contact. In doing so, you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers. * You select incoming inquiries and forward more complex matters to the responsible department. What you bring * You have completed your vocational training, KV or retail, and have already worked in a service-oriented company. * You approach customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner. Dealing with various contact persons gives you pleasure. * Previous knowledge of the 2nd pillar is an advantage, but not a must. * You speak and write German fluently (C1/C2) and communicate confidently orally in French or English (at least B2). Italian is an additional plus. * Even with a high workload, you work in a focused, expeditious, and precise manner. * You are an eager-to-learn, open, and service-oriented personality.
