You work on strategic projects, optimize processes and are in direct contact with management. At the same time, you maintain the link with everyday HR operations and ensure that good concepts are also successfully implemented. Your tasks HR Project Management and Concept Development • You take responsibility for HR projects from the initial idea to successful implementation and drive them forward autonomously. • You question existing processes, identify potential for improvement and develop practical solutions. • You develop concepts, decision bases and concrete recommendations for management. • You prepare complex topics in an understandable manner and represent your projects to management, executives and other stakeholders. • You organize workshops, gather different perspectives and accompany change and optimization processes. • You participate in the development and revision of regulations, directives and instructions and ensure their successful implementation. • You develop HR instruments and standards and optimize processes throughout the HR life cycle. • You advance digitalization and actively contribute to the continuous professionalization of the HR department. HR Support • Support to the HR management in administrative and organizational tasks • Participation in various ongoing HR processes and HR topics • Execution of analyses, statistics, presentations and reports • Support to executives and employees on relevant HR issues • Participation in the maintenance and development of HR systems Your profile • You have several years of experience in human resources and have already successfully completed HR projects or interservice initiatives. • You enjoy analyzing complex issues, developing concepts and translating them into practical solutions. • You navigate easily between daily operations and strategic topics and maintain an overview even with several projects underway. • You communicate appropriately to your audience and express yourself with confidence to executives and management. • You consider changes as an opportunity and drive new ideas forward with the necessary force for their implementation. • You work in a structured, autonomous manner and are happy to take on responsibilities. • Additional training in human resources, business management or project management completes your profile.
