Call Center Agent

The employer is looking for fifteen:

Call Center Agent (reported profession)

Tasks:

• management of assigned portfolio
• promotion of digital advertising services
• customer loyalty and accompanying them in the enhancement of purchased services
• acquiring new customers through profiled leads provided by the company
• achieving individual and team goals, with possibility of meritocratic growth
• providing commercial support and continuous operational assistance on purchased services

Requirements:

• a professional with at least 3 years of experience in the commercial field (Teleselling, direct sales, call center or commercial consultancy)
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ambitious, determined person with great ability in objection handling while maintaining high motivation
• empathy, politeness and attention towards the customer
• proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
• good proficiency with PC and applications including Office, WhatsApp Business and CRM
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered a plus: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and/or Chinese

Employment details:

• workplace Chiasso, activity on-site
• employment 70-80%
• start of employment by agreement, permanent contract
• working hours: Monday-Friday on-site, 10:00 – 17:00
• remuneration: fixed + variable
