For our Restaurant Geissmättli in Luzern, we are looking for an engaged and creative personality as Chef de Cuisine.

At Geissmättli, we combine alpine cuisine with contemporary ideas and genuine hospitality. As Chef de Cuisine, you will take over the culinary leadership and, together with your team, shape the signature of our restaurant.

You lead your brigade with clarity, appreciation, and joy in the profession, further develop our kitchen, and ensure that quality, organization, and profitability are correct.

Two fixed days off: Geissmättli remains closed every Tuesday and Wednesday.
