Your tasks • You lead your team technically and disciplinarily (incl. recruitment, employee development, target agreements, employee appraisals, and budget responsibility). In doing so, you promote an open feedback, learning, and performance culture • You are responsible for the establishment and continuous further development of a professional IT Service Operation in terms of processes, methods, tools, and governance • You ensure the high-quality, stable, and cost-efficient delivery of our infrastructure, cloud, workplace, and application services throughout the entire lifecycle • You control and coordinate our external IT service providers, conduct service reviews, monitor agreed services, and initiate continuous improvement measures • You actively support your team in daily operational business Your profile • You have completed a degree in computer science (or comparable) and bring several years of experience in IT operations (infrastructure, cloud, workplace) • You already have initial or several years of leadership experience and know how to motivate, develop, and successfully lead teams • You have sound knowledge of IT Service Management (ideally according to ITIL) as well as in the management of external IT service providers and outsourcing partners • You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and take responsibility for results and service quality • You convince through a structured, independent, and proactive way of working, as well as through strong communication and negotiation skills • Customer and service orientation are your top priorities, while at the same time you possess the necessary assertiveness.
